KRG Presents at the RAMI Workshop 2025 on Next-Generation Microelectronics at Rice, Houston

Posted on November 6, 2025 by Milad Koohi

Majeed represented the KRG at the RAMI Workshop 2025 on Next-Generation Microelectronics and Interface Engineering for Integration, delivering an overview of our research titled “Ferroelectric Materials Enabling Reconfigurable RF Electronics.” His presentation highlighted our advances in ferroelectric thin-film materials and their role in enabling reconfigurable acoustic and RF architectures for future integrated microsystems. This work reflects KRG’s broader effort to develop multiphysical microelectronics and microsystems that push the limits of performance, efficiency, and integration in next-generation communication and sensing platforms.
