Koohi Research Group (KRG) leverages AggieFab’s state-of-the-art equipment for advanced material development and precise fabrication of devices, circuits, and systems, ensuring high-quality, reliable outcomes in our research.

The Materials Characterization Facility (MCF) at Texas A&M University provides researchers with access to high-end instrumentation essential for fundamental studies of surface and interfacial properties of materials. Our lab leverages MCF’s advanced tools—including ion and electron-based spectroscopies, electron, optical, and scanning probe microscopies—to conduct comprehensive analyses of novel material systems and devices developed by KRG, ensuring precise characterization and high-quality research outcomes.

The Integrated Electronics and Micro-Systems Laboratory (IEMSL) at Texas A&M University provides state-of-the-art facilities for measuring the advanced devices, circuits, and systems developed in our lab. Equipped with specialized resources for RF, microwave, and semiconductor testing, IEMSL enables precision characterization, supporting KRG research in innovative communication systems, sensors, and device technologies.
