Prof. Milad Koohi

Milad Koohi

Principal Investigator · Texas A&M University

Prof. Koohi received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2020, and led the integration of ferroelectric nitrides into acoustic wave devices as an R&D Technical Lead at Qorvo’s BAW Research Center. In January 2025 he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M University, with a courtesy appointment in Materials Science and Engineering. His research connects multiphysical interactions in emerging materials to innovative devices, microsystems, and integrated circuits for communication, computation, and sensing.
